Too bad this company, that has been in Orlando since the 60's and has operated since '71 hasn't figured out how to be successful. It happened with Universal and Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom's now scrapped "Beastly Kingdom" and IOA(many rides were brought there from Imagineers that left WDW), and now their doing it again with the multiple upgrades going on(in anticipation of Harry Potter). I love WDW, but like a typical corporation, they don't have a clue. Disney’s well known for their ability to react after the fact.
