Disney passholders: Set your alarm for these sales

World of Disney at Downtown Disney is offering passholders the opportunity to save on their holiday shopping next month while in the company of some beloved characters.

From 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 5, shoppers can get an additional 50 percent off select items, grab door-buster savings and find surprise markdowns. The first 1,000 customers will receive a free Vinylmation character, and all Vinylmation items will be marked down 20 percent during the event.

Passholders can apply their regular 10 percent savings on top of the sale prices.

I went last year…..it was a mad house……you have to get there realy early if you want one of the Vinylmation……I did find a few great deals but nothing that would get me there again this year I don’t think

It certainly was a complete madhouse from an hour before the doors opened until 12:00pm, and I would go as far as to say the cast members handing (throwing) out the plush dolls were in the center of a mosh pit. I had a great time helping them open the boxes and tossing out dolls to the mob. lol The giveaway this year is definitely not like last years beautiful Cinderella pin and gold/silver Christmas Tree ornament.
