Wolfgang Puck Cafe’s Gingerbread Latini

Coffee liqueur and two kinds of schnapps punch up this holiday cocktail.

The Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe in Downtown Disney knows how to toast the holidays. This Gingerbread Latini from the 2008 bar menu will certainly put some Ho Ho Ho into any festivity. The restaurant has a relaxed for a casual meal, business meeting or family dining. The menu features selections inspired by many of Puck’s classic dishes along with contemporary offerings and seasonal specials.

Gingerbread Latini

Yield: 1 serving.

Caramel and shaved chocolate for rim of glass
Ice

2 ounces Starbucks Coffee Cream liqueur

1 ounce DeKuyper Buttershots schnapps

1 ounce cinnamon schnapps

Nutmeg for garnish

1. Moisten rim of martini glass and dip in caramel and shaved chocolate.

2. Shake Starbucks liqueur and both schnapps with ice.

3. Serve in prepared glass and garnish with nutmeg.
